2.1 Personal Information
Full name, email, telephone number, mailing address, billing details, and identifying documents such as government-issued identification, tax forms, and proof-of-address documents.
2.2 Sensitive Information
Where the engagement requires it, banking details, corporate filings, beneficial-ownership information, and other materials of a sensitive nature.
2.3 Technical Information
IP address, browser type, device identifier, session logs, and cookies collected during use of our website.
2.4 Communication Data
The content of email correspondence, recorded calls (with notice and consent), and information voluntarily submitted through contact forms.
Purpose of Use
We collect and process Information for the following purposes:
- To schedule, conduct, and document consultations and engagements;
- To verify your identity for service eligibility, regulatory, or compliance reasons;

TNAADO uses encrypted, secured infrastructure and enterprise-grade systems. Transmissions occur over HTTPS with current TLS protocols. Internally, we enforce strict access controls and review our systems for vulnerabilities. Personnel receive ongoing training in cybersecurity and data-protection practice.
Despite these measures, no transmission method over the internet is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we recommend that you avoid submitting sensitive documents over unsecured or public networks.
