TNAADO Labs, Hardware & frontier research

Compact compute,
built to deploy anywhere.

Next-generation hardware. Compact, deployable AI inference units. Frontier compute research for environments where the cloud is not an option and a single point of failure is unacceptable.

Labs does not build for demos. It builds for deployment: in the field, on-premise, under adversarial conditions, in infrastructure that has to hold when the network goes down.

L.01 Hardware

What we build

The hardware layer.

TNAADO Labs works on a specific gap in the current AI landscape: the distance between large-cloud capability and the real-world need for intelligent systems that run locally, ship in a case, and operate without a datacenter behind them.

Compact, self-contained inference hardware. Custom architectures built for edge deployment. Systems that do the work of a server rack in a unit a field operator can carry. This is the research Labs exists to advance.

L.02 Concentrations

Four concentrations.

Each is an open file. Some become products. Some stay internal. None is published until it has survived production.

  1. I

    Compact deployable AI hardware

Self-contained inference units built to deploy outside cloud infrastructure. Low power, high reliability, shaped to the form factor the operational environment demands, not the one a datacenter assumes. The question is not what the chip can do in a lab. It is what the unit can do in a shipping container, a field operations center, or a vessel.

  2. II

    Beyond-binary compute architectures

Ground-floor research into computational primitives that do not inherit the binary assumptions of the last fifty years. Memory architecture, inference pathways, and processing paradigms designed for the next decade’s workloads, not today’s.

  3. III

    Defense-ready distributed systems

Security-first architecture for environments where the threat is active, the data is classified, and the network is treated as hostile by default. Full local operation, hardware-level auditability, zero-trust design from the substrate up. Built for operators whose failure mode is not a refund request.

  4. IV

    Frontier compute research

Convergent work across disciplines, pulling from materials science, neuromorphic design, and distributed systems theory into systems that ship. Long-horizon research that keeps Labs ahead of the procurement cycle it is building toward.

L.03 In production

What is running.

A short list. Only what is live, only what is in daily use.

Operational, longest-running

Terence AI

The firm’s proprietary AI assistant. Powers client intake, project scoping, and business intelligence across the platform. The live chat on every page of this site is a Labs deployment, and the reference design for everything else built here.

Internal, engineering

Intelligent Development Pipeline

An AI-augmented pipeline that moves client requirements through scoping, architecture, build, and deployment. Built on the Labs stack, tested on TNAADO’s own work before any client sees it.

Research, active

Edge Inference Architecture

The active hardware research program at Labs. Compact inference units designed for field deployment. Not for sale. In development. Work that will take years to ship, and was started years ago.

L.04, We are looking for serious partners

Defense. Government. Critical infrastructure.

Labs does not take general partnerships. We work with operators who understand long timelines, hold serious mandates, and need compute capability the public vendor stack cannot deliver. If you run a defense program, hold a government infrastructure mandate, or operate critical systems that require local intelligence at the hardware level, we want a private conversation.
